RoadTrip Day3

Day 2 was mostly driving, dinner with Nik, then went to hang out with Mario a bit.

Day 3 - Lily's big day. The weather was perfect and the ceremony went off without a hitch, except Mario got lost and didn't missed most of it.

Michelle got a new dress, Joe got a new tie.





































The usual suspects minus Mario and Kristy.




Here comes the bride!!!




































Afterward, we went out to have tapas with Amber, Cuong, Mike & Julie.



































The wedding reception was at the Joy Luck club chienese restaurant, we stuffed ourselves.
It was great to catch up with everyone.

RoadTrip Day 1

Whew, what a great road trip.
Day 1 - We dropped by to see Jesse, Arlette, Megan, and Ryan in Eugene. Megan remembers us. Both the kids were a lot of fun, they have so much energy. We went out to lunch and I purchased a new Ukulele from a store in Eugene. 8)

Megan has a great piano, Michelle is really jealous.
















We went to lunch at the Laughing Planet, they make these wierd burritoes, yummy. They also have dinosaurs and other toys for the kids. Ryan had a lot of fun with them.


Michelle is getting along famously with the Sherman kids. Megan is going to her martial art class after this.


After lunch we drove down Ashland for the Shakespear Festival. We stayed at a great B&B. The Innkeeper made a great egg pacifica for breakfast the next day. It's like egg benedict, but smoked salmon instead of ham. Everybody raved about it, but Michelle wasn't overly impressed.
The Elizabethian Theater. It is open air and they even have standing tickets in the back, just like in London.

Cherry

Hi everyone,
I went to an organic Brew Fest. on Saturday, but forgot to bring the battery for the camera so no pictures sorry. Most of the beers were really good.
Today we went to pick Cherry in the backyard. This year there are a lot of cherry and strawberry. Last year was pretty bad, not even one bowl. This year we got almost 4 large bowl and still a lot left on the tree. Wish you were here to help eat. 8)
